Farmington Valley Chorus is an extraordinary group of women who gather together in celebration of the art form known as barbershop music. We are a proud chapter of Sweet Adelines International. 

Our director is the talented Cheryl Wilcox, who inspires us to reach new heights with each performance. We can be heard throughout the year singing for civic and charitable organizations, private groups, churches, community events, and fundraisers.

Lend your voice to our chorus as we celebrate our GLOBAL Sweet Adelines Open House on January 11, 18 and 25, First Church of Christ, Palmer Hall, 689 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT at 7 p.m.  Discover how much fun we have at rehearsals and how we enjoy spreading harmony.  For more information contact Carol at 860-675-7715.

Annual Show: The Farmington Valley Chorus offers opportunities for members to be creative with script writing, choreography, staging, costuming, and all-around show and administrative collaborations.  Become a diva!  Shine on stage with international guest quartets or strive to be in a quartet yourself.  This year's annual show was held at the Lewis Mills High School in Burlington, CT and offered extraordinary and diversified a cappella harmony.  The audience delighted in listening to Da Capo, the 2011 Men's International Harmony Sweepstakes Champions from the Washington, DC area, the Trinity Pipes and the Lewis Mills High School Choir, in addition to the Farmington Valley Chorus's presentation of how the south saved a diner!  An evening of great entertainment that you won't want to miss next year!  Watch our website!

We love to entertain by putting on our own musical events each year for the community, our friends, and families.  FVC is also committed to singing and performing at the highest level possible and showcasing our skills when we compete each year in a regional contest.
